Feeling so inspired by your personal share.. Last night I thought that I went to teach a yoga soundbath thinking I had left my phone at the studio and then figured I’d get it in the morning… I woke up remembering I had put my phone away in the look up tin at dinner… that was a glorious feeling to know that I was present with what was with me right there and then💜 Excited to phone detox, and look up with the rest of my community 🌎
